Patients come first at our dental office, but we do ask our patients to help us keep our schedule running smoothly by maintaining open communication about when you will miss or be late for an appointment. If you have any questions or concerns about your upcoming appointment time, please give us a call at 317-298-3384.
Missed and Cancelled Appointments
In an effort to control the cost of our dental fees, we do require a 24-hour notice to change or cancel a scheduled appointment. The charge of $25 x hour you were scheduled will automatically be applied to your account. We will call, text, and e-mail you appointment reminders. If we do not have a response from these efforts, your appointment is considered confirmed. We do not accept cancellations via text. Please make sure you do talk to someone in our office regarding your appointment. More than 5 missed appointments, could result in dismissal.
Arriving Late
We pride ourselves on being on time for your appointment, and we ask that you do that same for us. Arriving 15 minutes (or more) late could result in having to reschedule the appointment.
