Our In-Network Insurance Plans

Isaacs Family Dental is currently an in-network provider with the plans below, and we're contracted with most major insurance providers. Being in-network means we've agreed to these plans' negotiated rates, which typically means lower out-of-pocket costs for you.

  • Delta Dental Premier
  • Cigna Total Plus

In-Network vs. Out-of-Network Coverage

Deductibles

A deductible is the amount you pay out of pocket before your insurance starts covering costs. In-network care generally applies toward a lower deductible than out-of-network care under the same plan.

Annual Maximums

Most dental plans cap how much they'll pay toward your care each year — this is your annual maximum. Once you reach it, you're responsible for remaining costs until your benefits reset, typically at the start of a new plan year.

In-Network vs. Out-of-Network

In-network providers accept your insurer's negotiated fee schedule, which usually means lower costs for you. Out-of-network providers can charge their own rates, and your plan may reimburse a smaller percentage — or require you to pay the difference between what your insurer covers and what the provider charges.

No Insurance? Try Our Kleer Membership Plan

The Kleer membership plan offers flat, transparent pricing with no deductibles, waiting periods, or annual maximums — plans start at $28/mo for children and $34/mo for adults, plus 20% off other treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does 'in-network' mean?

An in-network dentist has agreed to accept a specific insurance company's negotiated rates. Isaacs Family Dental is currently in-network with Delta Dental Premier and Cigna Total Plus, and we're contracted with most major insurance providers.

Can I still be seen if my plan is out-of-network?

In many cases, yes. Out-of-network benefits typically still provide some reimbursement, though usually at a lower rate and sometimes with a higher deductible. Our front office team can help you understand your specific plan's out-of-network coverage.

What if I don't have dental insurance at all?

Our Kleer membership plan is designed as a straightforward alternative to insurance for uninsured and underinsured patients — one flat fee, no deductibles, and no waiting periods.
