• Children (13 and under) – Children 13 and under receive the same services as adults, for $22 a month or $264 a year.
• Periodontal Patients – This plan includes three perio maintenance cleanngs, in addition to the two exams, fluoride treatment, X-rays, and emergency exam. Cost is $42 a month or $504 a year.
