• Perio Membership Plan – For only $42/month or $504/year (which saves you $296), you’ll receive three periodontal (gum)l maintenance cleanings, two regular exams, one fluoride treatment, routine X-rays, and one emergency exam.

In addition, you’ll also receive a 10 to 20 percent discount on other great services that aren’t covered by your membership plan. For each family member you add to your account, you’ll receive a 10 percent discount on their membership fee.
